You will also learn Joe's very own intuitive understanding of the Decans based on his experience working with them, and how these mysterious subdivisions can further unfold our understanding of astrology, tarot and self realization. Joe Theodore is a professional astrologer and teacher with over a decade of experience in traditional and modern astrology, tarot and spiritual development.
